April's here, and with it comes the second quarter of the year.

This month is all about "Simplifying Your Life," and I'm going to talk about how you can use affirmations, meditation, and practicing gratitude to make this happen.

What does "Simplifying Your Life" mean?

Well, it means different things to different people—but ultimately, it's about making your life simpler by eliminating unnecessary tasks and distractions that take up space in your brain. It's about focusing on what matters most to you and making sure you're only doing things that align with those values.

I'll be talking a lot more about this topic throughout the month, but today I want to give you 5 affirmations that will help you get started on your journey of simplifying your life:

1. "I am simplifying my life."

2. "I am making space for what matters most to me."

3. "I have the power to let go of anything that isn't serving me anymore."

4. "It's time for me to focus on what's important in my life right now—and eliminate distractions (both real and mental)."

5. "This is an amazing time in my life where I'm doing exactly what I want with no regrets!"

As you work on these affirmations, I want you to keep an eye out for any resistance that may come up. When there's a lot of clutter in your life, it can take some time to unpack everything and get organized again. It's almost like cleaning out your closet—the more stuff you get rid of, the easier it gets to find what's left! But don't worry if it feels overwhelming at first; just focus on getting rid of one thing each day and soon enough your home will be free from clutter.

What affirmations do you have in mind? I’d love to hear from you. Leave a comment below and let me know what affirmations you use, or if there are any that I missed.
