What is habit creation?
Habit creation is the process of creating a new habit that you want to incorporate into your life. It's important to note that it's not about changing old habits, but rather creating new ones. When you create a new habit, you're making a conscious decision to do something in a certain way consistently.
Today I want to talk about using Affirmations for habit creation and give you 5 affirmations to get you started on your journey of habit creation!
How do I use affirmations for habit creation?
Affirmations are a great way to get you into the right mindset for creating habits. They help rewire your brain so that it starts to believe in what it's saying, and thus create new neural pathways. This means that when you repeat an affirmation over and over again, your brain will start believing it!
Here are 5 affirmations for habit creation:
1.) I am the master of my habits.
2.) I am in control of my actions.
3.) I create my own destiny.
4.) I am the creator of my life.
5.) My habits serve me; they are not an obstacle to be overcome.
As you can see, these affirmations are about being in control of your life and actions. They help shift your mindset so that instead of seeing yourself as a victim of your habits, you start to realize that they are something that you have created and can change if necessary.
