Using Gratitude To Manifest Your Vision For 2023

Last week, I discussed creating your vision for 2023 by using a Vision board.

Today, I want to talk about why using gratitude to create your vision for 2023 is important, and how the practice of gratitude has been shaping my life since 2018.

This week, I've been thinking a lot about my gratitude journal. As I mentioned last time, creating a gratitude journal is an easy way to make sure you're creating space in your day for gratitude. You can do it any time of day, any place: at home, at work, on the subway or bus—anywhere! And it will be there waiting for you when you need it most.

This last quarter of 2022 has been busy and challenging as we prepare for some major life changes next year. But I'm grateful because it's made me realize how much we take for granted in life when things are going smoothly—and how much we really need to appreciate those things when they become difficult or uncertain (or both!).

This year's challenges have forced me to look back at previous years and see what worked well then so that we can apply those lessons moving forward.

It's also made me realize just how much my daily journaling practice has helped me stay intentional and focused on my personal, family, business, and career goals.

It's created a lot of space for me to look at what I want, energized me to create the best possible version of myself, and helped me make decisions that feel meaningful.

Using a gratitude journal for yourself will give insight into your own desires and visions for your life.
