Meditation can be a difficult practice to maintain. It's easy to set aside time for it once or twice a week, but then the rest of the week gets in the way and you find yourself wondering if your meditation practice will ever really stick.
But we're here to tell you that it can! Here are our top tips for keeping your meditation practice going strong:
1) Mark it on your calendar as an appointment with yourself—no matter what else is on your schedule, make sure that this time is protected from other obligations.
2) Set up a space in your home where you can meditate anytime, anywhere—you might want to create some kind of special room or corner where you go whenever you're ready to practice.
3) Make sure that when you meditate, you know exactly what "meditation" means to YOU—that way, when someone asks if they should try it out (and they will!), they'll know whether or not they're already doing it!
