Here are some tips for making meditation part of your busy schedule:
1. Get into the habit of meditating first thing in the morning—or even the night before!—so that it becomes a natural part of your day.
2. Meditate in small increments throughout the day instead of doing one big session at once. This will help keep you from feeling like you're wasting time on something that isn't "productive."
3. If possible, block off some time on your calendar specifically for meditating every week and stick to it—even if that means going against your instincts as an entrepreneur who has tons of things to do at once!
